Long term disaster response
Are you calm, cool and collected in an emergency? Do you have training, skills or a heart for disaster response? The City of Woodbury has selected Woodbury Lutheran as one of four churches to organize a community disaster/emergency response team. We're looking for trained personnel, but will also have training available for those interested. More information here...

Free Care for Children with Disabilities
Time Away, a free care service for children and teens with developmental disabilities, meets the 3rd Saturday of each month from 5 - 8:30 p.m. at Woodbury Lutheran. Trained volunteers and professional caregivers provide planned activities, appropriate play, and snacks in a nurturing environment.
The program, an offering of Woodbury Lutheran's Disabilities Ministry, is staffed one-on-one and is open to members of the community. Registration is required. Contact Cheri Frost, 651-739-5144, ext. 221.
Military Family Support Group
Do you have a family member serving in the Armed Forces? We have a group that can provide support and a place to share your feelings with others who have had the same experiences. We meet the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at WLC. Need a Stephen Minister?
Our Stephen Ministers work with people experiencing many different kinds of crises and stress in their lives. Feel free to contact Tamara Karlstrand at 651-458-3775 to obtain the name of a Stephen Minister who can encourage and support you. “Therefore encourage one another and build up each other.” 1 Thes 5:11.

For a new way to deal with life’s hurts or habits, come join us at Celebrate Recovery every Thursday at 6:00 pm (for dinner) or our meeting at 6:30 pm in the Paul Room (downstairs).
