WLC Ministry Goals for 2011-2015

  1. We will integrate the Cross Training Model into the on-going life of our church.

  2. We will develop a phased site plan for ministries on our St. Croix Campus.

  3. We will meet existing and future staffing needs.

  4. We will increase our weekly worship attendance by a minimum of 20% (250) in the next three years.

  5. We will seek to create opportunities to invite others into worship by starting or planting new worship communities every 3-5 years.

  6. We will implement a one-on-one, Jesus-style ministry focusing on individual discipleship.

  7. We will broaden our church’s understanding and practice of generosity.

  8. We will model Christ’s love by meeting basic needs of others in our community and surrounding areas.

  9. We will offer 30 mission experiences for families, youth, and adults over the next five years.

  10. We will take advantage of opportunities in the community to practice a ministry of presence. 

  11. We will enhance the level of care given and received among our members and friends.

  12. We will expand opportunities for ministry with young adults (18+).
